Conservice ESG (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy details how we handle and maintain the information collected by Conservice ESG as a controller, including the information collected when you visit or use our website, regardless of the manner in which you access it, or through the other channels as described below.
This Privacy Policy does not apply to the data Conservice ESG processes on behalf of our customers in our capacity as a processor, or to your use of the Conservice ESG cloud-based application as a customer of Conservice ESG. We periodically update this Privacy Policy. We will post any privacy policy changes on this page and, if the changes are significant, we will provide a more prominent notice by sending you an email notification.

Information Conservice ESG Collects
Personal Information that You Provide. We collect Personal Information about you which you affirmatively choose to submit to us. “Personal Information” refers to any information that identifies you personally, including contact information, such as your name, e-mail address, company name, address, phone number, and other information about yourself or your business.

Social Media Widgets
Our website includes certain social media features, such as the Facebook Like button, and widgets, such as the Share button or interactive mini-programs that run on our sites. Conservice ESG is operated in the United States and Conservice ESG may store and process data in the US as well as other jurisdictions where our service providers may be located. If you are located outside of the United States, please be aware that your information may be transferred to and maintained on computers located outside of your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction where the privacy laws may not be as protective as those in your jurisdiction.
Children's Personal Information

E.U. Resident Privacy
Conservice ESG complies with the provisions of the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) as to any information in its possession regarding EU-based persons (“data subjects”).
